Position: Jr. & Sr. Business Analyst.

Industry: E-Commerce.
Location: Bangalore, India.    

We're looking for a smart & talented Business Analyst who will be responsible for full Business Cycle Analysis & Development. You will develop, analysis & generate business plans. They will also monitor performance & control the flow of Business Development.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst will be direct under Regional /General Manager of the Organization & Your directly responsible for genarating business in all the division.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own & develop relationship with partners. 
• work with them to optimize & enhance our integration.
• Help design, document & maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring& deliver better value.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Any Bachelor or Master Degree with Proven Business Knowledge. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Thorough knowledge of Business Analysis & Development.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
