About Company

For all the consumer-facing businesses, a prevalent engaged brand community is the ultimate asset. A research study says –

  • 71% of the companies use customer collaborations for market research

  • 80% of marketers have indicated that building brand communities has increased traffic

  • 86% of Fortune 500 companies say communities give insights into customer needs

Therefore, brands try exceptionally hard to bring its community together using existing mediums (Facebook, WhatsApp, Emails & SMSs). However, since these platforms are not designed for community engagement, they prove to be highly inefficient.

  • Facebook groups are highly restrictive in terms of reach, control, privacy, authenticity & user targeting.

  • WhatsApp groups are non-discoverable, intrusive and non-engaging. Add to it, limited group size and lack of profile information makes it very transactional and non-engaging.

  • Emails and SMSs are considered noise and are often discarded as spam.

However, best of the offline communities have failed to drive even basic engagement in their communities.

What’s the solution?

A dedicated, real-time community engagement and loyalty platform, tailor-made to help businesses to effortlessly connect and engage their offline communities.

Milo is a platform designed to solve this problem in scalable and sustainable ways. It is like Slack, but designed to engage offline communities. In less than 6 months of launch, Milo has received strong interest from major players like Nestaway, Apple Imagine Store, Rotary Club, iLabs, Lodha group in India and NomadX, Citycentral.nl from Europe.
