Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020.
The Business plan has three parts; Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is part of the last one focusing business through offshoring.
The unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk.
The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain.
The position holder will provide end to end reporting within supply chain like taking part of offshor processes transferring current reporting tasks on weeklymonthly ad hoc basis from HQ to GSC.
This will require to follow the processes for maintaining master data, documenting processes and communicating with employees in NN, typically planners on a daily basis and after having transferred activities to GSC, the task is to harmonize and upgrade reporting into current business intelligence framework using AlteryxTableau.
Tasks will also be linked to adding new data sources to our Active Data Archive (ADA) enabling the full transparency of our supply chain, since having the available data in our ADA, will enable project related tasks such as looking into predictive analytics, network optimisations and simulations supporting the competence centre in DK.
You also be responsible to develop and maintain KPIs in Alteryx and Tableau.
Further adhere to the ADA guideline and the BI deployment model.
They should also ensure efficient update of KPIs through automation and efficient handover to GSC colleagues.

Qualifications

We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:
Master (minimum Bachelor) within finance, supply chain management, logistics from a well-recognised institute 4+ years of experience within Business Analytics, preferable within Supply Chain andor pharma Ability to analyse and process the data Good understanding of supply chain concepts (Stock outs, Supply chain modelling, transportation, Inventory)
Knowledge of business intelligence tool packs such as (Alteryx, Tableau, SAP BI) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) Experienced user of Alteryx and Tableau Experience with SAP MM, ECC, APO is preferred Experience in conducting meetings with peers including preparation and facilitation of meetings.
Excellent communication skill in English both written and oral Working at Novo Nordisk
