Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Creates and aggregates requirements from all stakeholders.
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends and help the team implement those best practices.
- Maintain a prioritized, ready-to-work backlog with an appropriate mix of new features, feature enhancements, and bugfixes.
- Work with business stakeholders to define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Contribute to the Planning, execution and review of each sprint.
- Works with the team to set sprint goals.
- Organize and facilitate sprint and release planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demo, reviews and retrospectives and other scrum ceremonies.
- Champion lightweight process that maximizes ownership, output, and team satisfaction.
- Act as the primary communicator and link between leadership and teams.
- Motivate the team with a clear, elevating goal.
- Evaluating product progress at each iteration.
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Collaborate with IT Development, QA and Technical Support teams to replicate, understand, and prioritize resolution of product process issues.
Requirements
- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for a minimum of 3 year(s).
- Experience in requirements management, backlog management, prioritization, release planning.
- Experience in customer management, negotiation, understanding customer voice.
- Experience working with U.S customers or partners.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision.
- Attention to details.
- Able to understand the market, the customer and the business to make sound decisions.
