Business Analyst

Location: India, Bangalore

Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance Claims
Knowledge of North American Insurance platform applications
Ability to adapt to various work settings
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Strong business and technology acumen – ability to relate technical solutions to business objectives
Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with web-based applications
Familiarity with XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, AJAX, SQL
Must have work experience in P&C with knowledge of insurance products, processes and technologies
Working knowledge of policy administration software and systems; full understanding of policy lifecycle
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information, Engineering, Mathematics or other related fields
