- Long Term Candidate- The candidate should be willing to serve the organization for a long term and not just for a couple of months
- Broad Minded and Open Minded- The employee should be courteous towards his/her seniors and should not lack the basic courtesies.
- He/she should be able to accept other opinions apart from their own without hesitation.
- Excel- Should have at least the beginner knowledge of Excel.5
- Should have at least cleared the 12th standard.
- Word- Should have the beginner knowledge of Word.
- Efficient writing skills- The candidate should be able to put his thoughts to paper effectively and make documents which should be easy to understand or high level as per requirement.
- Learning Potential and Curious- Should be able to grasp any new concepts quickly and should be curious about learning new things to constantly improve himself.
- Self Motivated- He/She should be self driven and self motivated who would need no outside motivation to perform his/her tasks.
- Good Communication Skills- He/She should be able to make his/her point come across very clearly whenever needed .
