Duties and Responsibilities
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming a project team; establishing project budget
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in the relevant field
2 to 4 years of experience
Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Salary Range:

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. All work given by team leads has to be completed on time and should be willing to work with other teams, meet the death lines and coordinated accordingly.
