Educational Qualifications : Any degree
Experience : 2-5 years
Responsibilities :
- Experience in requirement gathering, preparing use cases and traceability matrix
- Strong understanding of the process, delivery model and methodologies
- Handle gap analysis to map business requirements with product features
- Maintain functional specifications and collaborate with the development/implementation team
- Gets hands-on to validate the solution once it is developed to ensure it is as per the expectations
- Ensures process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participates in technical discussions/review
- Provide demos to clients and get the inputs on the final solution. Incorporate any major comments/concerns on the solution
- Contributes towards expanding and improving existing product set by identifying new features or service opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Skills Desired :
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong technical background and communication skills
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability
