- Should have knowledge on eliciting the requirements
- Should be able to organize the requirements
- Should able to translate and simplify the requirements
- Should possess the skills of Requirements management and communication
- Must have knowledge on Requirements analysis
- Should have very good documentation, verbal skills with an ability to write high level & low level documents.
- Should be strong enough to write Functional specifications, system specifications, software specifications, business requirements & Wire Frames & Prototype documents.
- Should have very good knowledge on team mentoring & management skills.
- Should act as a focal point between company & client with very good interpersonal & communication skills
- Must assist in all types of documentation & work closely with Dev / Testing & Tech-Writing team.
- Should assist in marketing documents like White Papers & RFPs & preparation of business presentations or product presentations / brochures.
- Should have understanding of systems engineering & re-engineering concepts
