- We are hiring 2019 Graduates/Post Graduates from Premium Management Institutes for Business Analyst position.
- Primary Responsibilities include
- 1. Driving product innovation to deliver transformational, market-leading product capabilities that deliver compelling business value
- Develop a business case for developing specific product capabilities
- Developing requirements specifications
- Translating market trends, technology innovations into marketable use cases
- Collaborating with Product Engineering team, Sales/Presales, Client Success teams in ensuring both Product and Market success
- 2. Advising customers on customer loyalty strategies
- 3 Defining measures (KPIs) for success
- 4. Delivering program definition, providing ongoing oversight, tracking program performance and optimization strategies
- 5. Design, implement and test the solution
- 6. Training end-users
- 7. Delivering post-implementation support
- 8. Managing and growing accounts (customer value)
- Developing and delivering compelling product demo to customers/prospects
- Developing customer-specific sales strategies
- Developing RFP responses and proposals
- Developing sales pipeline/Generate, Manage and Nurture Leads
