Job Description:
- Ability to understand and articulate customer's explicit and implicit requirements
- Analyze the customer's business and define their business challenges and work on building potential solution approaches
- Ability to guide customers towards standard platform functionality without compromising the intent of customer's requirement.
- Work with the Product Manager to develop detailed system requirements specifications and business use case requirements.
- Analyze and communicate key insights and findings to product team and related stakeholders
- Help design, document and maintain product features and processes
- Above average skills in translating the requirements into a Functional Specification Document
- Gain a deep understanding of the domain and constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve the product, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Validate and verify the implemented features to make sure they meet expectations before delivering to customers
- Demonstrate customer empathy Be the loudest customer advocate
- Create product collateral - feature guides, solution documents and white papers to ensure a shared knowledge repository is maintained
- Should have a fair understanding of all the phases of product/solution, implementation lifecycle covering functional requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design and development, UAT and go-live
- Represent the company by visiting customers to gather requirements and for product demos.
