Job Description
Handling access/ permission service requests.
New mailbox provisioning.
Acting as First point of contact for technology related requests and issues. Resolving the queries of
the vendor team and involving business team if required.
Identifyingproblems immediatelyafter it’s reportedaccordingto severityand gettingit sorted using
respective team. Taking Proactive role of an Incident Manager to get the Priority 1 (Sev 1) issues
resolved in stipulated TIME FRAME. Supporting the UAT activity for the business function in
enabling them to test the platform.
Coordinating with various tracks via Technical Bridge and facilitating them as and whenrequired
Gathering information of Major issues reported and maintaining RCAdocuments.
Handling Global users from APAC, EMEA and US regions like
Malaysia, Singapore, UK, Australia, SA and Poland.
