Business Analyst - Urgent Opening For IT ITeS B2B - Dmacq

Job description

Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
Actively participates in project management about key organizational, process, and technology change projects to align systems and operations with dMACQ solutions
You will participate in new functionality estimation, analysis, design, and testing and define application requirements by working closely with key stakeholders and other members of the project teams.
Working knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, etc.
Supporting initiatives to improve reporting quality.
Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes for IT functional and Development teams, and maybe performing some user acceptance testing.
Responsible for maintaining and validating solution integrity in their functional area through the course of the project including controlling scope, managing solutions for change tracking/traceability, and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases.

Required Candidate profile

Four-year degree in either Information Management or Business Administration or the equivalent
Experience in business optimization, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles with progressive responsibility, preferably within the IT/ITeS industry
Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Exceptional process and organizational skills with the ability to mobilize change
Experience with a scripting/templating language Python, JavaScript, PHP, will be an added advantage
A minimum of 2 years of business analysis or project management experience in an Enterprise IT Software Product company
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables etc.
Experienced in both lean and agile methodologies
