Job Description
We are looking for a young management professional to join us in creating an exciting business specialising in offering revenue transformation services to B2B organisations.
The Business Analyst/Customer Success Manager will work closely with the Founder of the company in building its core delivery capabilities. He/she will be responsible for Managing a set of Corporate clients and for alliances with a set of technology partners. Billed revenue from the clients and alliances under management are the key performance metrics of the role. This role holder is expected to work deeply across the client organisation to understand their business, analyse customer information, create a roadmap for the future involving the use of technology tools and work with client teams in implementing those tools and getting them adopted by the frontline. The role gives a ringside view of the growth challenges of emerging businesses and how strategy and technology can be game changers.
This is a unique learning opportunity for young people interested in building a career in management consulting, enterprise marketing and strategy. It is ideally suited for BBA or MBA graduates with 2-3 years of B2B sales experience who want to gain strategic insights.
