About the Role
We, at Scanova, are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst who can help the company’s management in shaping the company’s sales, marketing, and overall business strategy.
The Business Analyst will be required to conduct due diligence, research, compile data, generate insights, and identify action items.
To succeed in our fast-paced environment, the Business Analyst should be a quick self-learner, and should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
Specifically, we are looking for a Business Analyst, who will be required to:
- Conduct due-diligence on target industries to build hypotheses
- Conduct exhaustive desk-based research including secondary and primary
- Compile both quantitative and qualitative data in a meaningful way
- Create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to represent data
- Analyse data to extract useful business insights
- Make actionable suggestions on insights to help build business strategy
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the role, you must have the following prerequisites and skills:
- (Required) Graduation from a reputed institute in B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., or B.Econ with at least 70% aggregate or 7 CGPA
- (Required) 0-1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (Freshers can apply too)
- (Required) Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- (Required) Excellent command over English Language - written and spoken
- (Required) Hands-on experience working on MS-Excel
- (Required) Interest in and understanding of technology
- (Required) Ability to work single-handedly in a small team
- (Good-to-have) Abreast with technology trends and current affairs
