Business Analyst
- Pre Sales Support (RFP) & Post Sales Support
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;
- Ability to create and maintain FRD and FSD
- Strong hands-on experience with UML, Flow Charts Diagram, and Scratch prototype
- Ability to work in a different time zone to support clients meet
- Coordinating different teams and managing multiple projects
- Operate as an important link between the client and the senior management
- Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship
- Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of estimations
- Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products
- Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
- Be self-driven
