Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze existing healthcare workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop process maps, use cases, and user stories for system design and development.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
- Assist in system design, testing, and deployment.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system training for end-users.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights.
- Serve as the primary contact between business stakeholders and the IT team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely project deliverables.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and technology trends.
- Added advantage of knowledge of PLSQL Queries writing
- Good experience in preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, process modeling, and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
