Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our technology and data-driven projects. You will work with teams to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points.
Elicit detailed business requirements through meetings, interviews, surveys, and workshops.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications that meet the business’s objectives.

2. Process Improvement and Optimization:

Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring that the changes align with the organization’s strategy.
Assist in the creation of process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver regular reports that provide insights on business performance, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create dashboards and data visualizations to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Use data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to extract and interpret data.

4. Solution Design and Implementation Support:

Work closely with IT teams and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Provide input and guidance during the design and development phase to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the solution is tested thoroughly before deployment.
Support the implementation and rollout of new systems, tools, or business processes.

5. Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and levels within the organization.

6. Project Management and Documentation:

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure that business initiatives are completed on schedule and within budget.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

7. Continuous Improvement and Learning:

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
Participate in training sessions and professional development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Recommend tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve business analysis processes.
