Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Create process flows, wireframes, and requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development/technical teams.

Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support decision-making.

Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Support QA teams in preparing test cases and validating solutions.
-
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams.
-
Ensure business requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
-
Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and documentation standards.
-
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to work in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.
