Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects.
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
Provides guidance and/or instruction to staff members.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably within the software development or technology industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in technical writing.
