Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Assist consultants in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Conduct research and prepare background materials for project proposals.
Prepare weekly tasks and the monthly review sheet
Manage project documentation and deliverables according to timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales and operations, to ensure successful project implementation.
Track project deliverables and report any roadblocks or deviations.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the project objectives.
Client Understanding:
Participate in client meetings and interviews to understand their business challenges.
Conduct a thorough analysis of client business and data to identify pain points related to Human Resources.
Develop process flowcharts and use case diagrams to map client’s Human Resources.
Data Gathering and Analysis:
Define requirements based on project needs and scope.
Conduct process mapping and analysis to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing Human Resources processes.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement in client’s HR practices, documents, policies, and procedures.
Visualize information and data insights using charts, graphs, and other informative formats.
Talent Management:
Assist in conducting job analyses to define job roles and requirements.
Participate in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Provide expertise in specific HR areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
Solution Development and Implementation:
Evaluate solutions and develop HR strategies aligned with the client’s goals and project objectives, considering industry trends and best practices.
Assist clients in designing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Draft presentations and reports summarising findings, recommendations, and potential impact.
Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams to develop implementation plans.
Assist with implementing HR-related changes to ensure employee engagement and monitor effectiveness.
Ensure all deliverables are finalised, knowledge is transferred, and project documentation is archived.
