Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company
• 10+ years techno-functional experience in supply chain management, value chain planning, and production scheduling systems within pharma manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven experience in the following areas: Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Process Analysis, Requirements , Definition and Management (including STTM), User Experience Design & Analysis, Demand Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Hands-on experience with the intricacies of demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proven experience in leading and managing end-to-end implementation projects involving Oracle VCP or a similar advance planning application like Kinaxis.
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including developers, and analysts.
• Agile Methodology using Jira, creating Epics, and writing Jira Stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, mentoring, and performance management. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain, production, and operations. Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive value creation.
• Experience in managing change within an organization, including training, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) or a similar advance planning application like Kinaxis. Exposure to Infor/Gurobi optimization tools.
