-Should be good with Documents such as WBS.
-Should know GIT process and versioning
-Should have hands-on JIRA or Azure board
-Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change
management
-Proficiency in project management software tools
-Critical thinking and problem solving
-Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
-Delegate project tasks to team members
-Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion
of short- and long-term goals
-Use and continually develop leadership skills
