Job Description
1. Deliver predictive analytics and data analysis for the team
2. Create value while proving analytical capabilities
3. Build dashboards to keep track of vital metrics at a daily and weekly level
4. Bring in a data-driven approach to all business experiments the team would run on a fortnightly basis
5. Help them to hypothesize, test, analyze, and iterate
6. Identify redundancies in the system like routine, repetitive tasks and automate them
7. Proactively identify and fix problem and gaps in periodic reports
8. Develop predictive models with large and varied data sets

1. Experience in data analytics, good organizer & comfortable working with teams with clear deadlines, ability to adapt to new systems and software quickly
2. Experience in advanced SQL, advanced excel, R, Python are a must
3. Knowledge of the digital and mobile app landscape across India
4. Keen interest in the startup tech ecosystem and the latest automation solutions
5. Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
6. An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace
