Job Description
1. Understand and analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions
2. Work as a liaison among stakeholders to analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems
3. Guide stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieving project objectives, identify and resolve issues
4. Manage risks and provide input to the risk management process
5. Identify business process improvement opportunities

2. can start the internship between 11th Sep'20 and 16th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
2. Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office, etc.)
3. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
4. Must have leadership and organizational skills
5. Must have soft skills
6. Apart from technical skills, you will need to show: effective networking skills to build contacts, excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
7. Should have a flexible approach when working in a team
8. Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
9. Time management skills and the ability to cope with several people at the same time
10. Broad mindset, eager to learn, fit for start-up, problem solver & explorer
You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
