Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business and Operations Executive who is ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. This is a ground-floor opportunity that gives you a 360-degree exposure to product, supply chain, marketing, and on-ground operations. You will work directly with the founders and learn what it takes to build a health-focused consumer brand from scratch.
Job Location : Sector 65, Gurugram (Own Commute - Must Have)
Your Key ResponsibilitiesShift 1: 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Distribute Vari Veda products to customers and partners in assigned areas.

Ensure timely and safe delivery of daily orders.
Shift 2: 2:00 PM onwards

Assist in packaging Vari Veda products from the home/packaging unit.

Maintain quality standards and hygiene in the packaging process.
Other Responsibilities:

Support daily manufacturing and operations.

Promote and market Vari Veda products in your area.

Help build customer relationships and gather feedback.

Startup experience in operations, marketing, and supply chain.

Direct mentorship from the founding team.

High learning curve with full product lifecycle exposure.

Scope for fast growth with salary revisions every 6 months.
