JOB TITLE: Business Associate

COMPANY: HOME SHIELD PROTECTION Pvt.Ltd.

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:  0.6 -3 yr (Field Sales preferable)

LOCATION: Pan India

COMPENSATION:  As per the Interview

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and strong relationships with clients.

·         Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

·         Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales, and working with clients through the closing process.

·         Using leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc).

·         Lead generation of prospective buyers and sellers in the respective city to outgrow the network of HOMESHIELD.

·         Co-ordination of client meetings follow-up and order closure behalf of HOMESHIELD in a respective City

·         Need to provide Weekly& Monthly MIS report.

·         Area analysis to ensure new business development

·         Accomplish monthly, quarterly & yearly financial targets, individual goals aligned with business goals.

MUST HAVE’S:

·         0.6-3 years of experience in consultative B2B/B2C sales atmosphere

·         Previous experience in services , preferably in Sales.

·         Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects

·         Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from beginning to end with attaining revenue

·         Ability to problem-solve and asses the situation to provide strategies and evaluate options.

·         Outstanding administrative, verbal and written communication skills

·         A team-oriented approach with a capability to form relationships at numerous levels (internally and externally)

·         Knowledge with consultative selling methodologies

·         Strong Microsoft Office skills.
