JOB ROLE :
- Young, dynamic and enthusiastic candidates required who'll be recruited as Business Associates, and will undergo an 'on the job' training (OJT) in fields of marketing, HR, team development, business operations and branch management.
- Business Associates develop their entrepreneurial skills during their OJT.
- Their communication skills, objection handling, market knowledge, etc. improve and overall personality develops when they go and have direct interactions with business people.
