Job Title: Business Associate (Work From Home)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring fresher’s for the position of Business Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a fixed salary of 15,000 INR per month, along with the potential to earn an additional 50,000 INR in incentives based on performance. We do not have sales targets, providing you with the flexibility to focus on online marketing and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

·         Online Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote our products/services. Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach the target audience.

·         Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through various online channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.

·         Customer Service: Serve customers by determining their requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests. Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

·         Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills in online marketing, lead generation, and customer service. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

·         No prior experience required; fresher’s are welcome.

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Basic understanding of online marketing concepts.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Internet-savvy with proficiency in using social media platforms.

Probationary Period:

The probationary period is 90 days, during which you will receive training and gain hands-on experience in the role.

Salary Hike:

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, a salary hike of 100% will be granted, bringing your monthly salary to 30,000 INR.
