Job Role: Outbound UK Process for lead generation campaign

Job Location: Delhi

Budget- up to 16 k Per Month

Shift timings – 2 Pm to 10.30 pm (Fixed)

5 Days Working + 1 Saturday (4th Saturday)

No Cabs

Job Description

·      Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying the information.

·      To discuss every complicated mater with the supervisors, team leaders, people in charge and other professionals effectively to settle the important issues.

·      To provide effective customer service such as handling complicated customer queries, issues, complaints and questions

·      Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.

Job Specification:

·         The required qualification is having a Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in any discipline. Undergraduates can also, apply

·         Age between 18-30 years

·         Experience 0-2 years

·         Salary between 1.2 lac to 3 lac PA commensurate with the KSA

Key Skills:

·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

·         Should have listening skills

·         Should be full of energy and motivation while dealing with the clients

·         Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

·         Should be able to adapt to perpetual changes in BPO sector and willing to work in 24/7 environment

·         The person needs to be very patient and motivated towards the work.

·         Should be very clear about the respective technical skillset and related area.

·         Should be customer service oriented
