- MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a leading business school
- Graduate Engineer (any specialization) from a top institute
- Experience : 2-3 years of experience post MBA/Engineering
- Execute multiple client engagements as part of a team
- Ensure quality, budgets & timelines for the projects
- Facilitate client retention and contribution
- Build expertise in various client offerings across multiple sectors
- Contribute to the internal learning & mentorship programs
- Lead the way in developing industry research, insights and innovative solutions
- Strong aptitude for data management & interpretation
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS office
- Strong multi-tasking capability
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Annual CTC: 4 to 6 lacs (can be negotiated based on candidate's experience & background)
