Job Description:

• Company is looking for a skilled 'Branch Coordinator' FEMALE to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. 
• You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in business activities.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to the prospective client and generate leads for the business.
• Follow up with prospective leads.
• Explaining the client about the bank process.
• Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
• Coordinate with bankers with regards to file closer.
• Coordinate with client for complete documents.
• Deal with customer complaints or issues.
• Monitoring the files which are logged-in at the banks.
• Meeting prospective clients if required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as Sales coordinator or in a similar role
• Experience in customer service, outbound sales or telemarketing will be a plus
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and Emailing
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Reliable with patience and professionalism
• Need to know English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Qualification:

• 12th, Diploma, BA, BBM, Any Commerce Graduate, MBA Fresher
