Job Description
- To provide outstanding levels of service to both our clients and their customers
- Building relationships with clients
- Liaising with external customers, to anticipate and respond to their needs
- Producing professional documents/presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ensure that all the information is recorded accurately in the MIS system at all times
- Coordinating with Online Travel Agencies on day to day basis
- Providing confirmations of booking to OTAs and Clients
- Assisting clients and/or their staff in operating our software, feeding and managing business related information.
- Keeping the system updated with all sorts of activities at all times.
- Making sure the smooth operations of booking management of assigned clients.
- Maintaining meta data and profile of our clients online and help building good reputation and better ranks
