Business Coordinator
Job Description
1. Manage inbound queries and update the query details in the CRM
2. Understand customer requirements and forward the information to the relevant team
3. Conduct cold calls, collate and sort new marketing and sales database
4. Create and maintain client databases and mail lists
5. Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences
6. Perform follow-up with potential customers to conclude and close the contract
7. Assist with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients
8. Write and distribute agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
9. Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to the management
10. Provide effective administrative support
11. Maintain a good and healthy relationship with the client

2. A previous hands-on work experience in an Edtech company is preferred
