Job Description
The role requires to demonstrate passion and leadership in developing new business.
• A consultative approach to winning over customers/prospects confidence-trust
• The candidate will play a demand/lead generator role, responsible for acquiring new clients
• Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline via cold - calling, one-to-one email communications, LinkedIn, referrals, and other inside sales methods
• Understand the business requirements, upcoming projects, and proactively scout for new projects within the target market.
• Communicate status on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis via emails
• Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies in Achieving business targets.
• Market Research/ Contact Discovery through Professional networking and other professional websites.
• Decisive personalized email writing skills for lead generation.
• Knowledge of US-Mortgage Domain would be added advantage.
