A Business Development and CRM Executive is a dual-role professional responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing customer data through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. This position bridges sales, marketing, and customer service by combining business development strategies with customer relationship management practices.
The goal of this role is to grow the customer base, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure long-term business success. While business development focuses on lead generation, market expansion, and revenue growth, CRM ensures streamlined management of client interactions, customer retention, and data-driven decision-making.
