Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Duties:

Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products/services.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.

Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and senior sales team members.
-
Present company products/services to potential clients through online or in-person meetings.
-
Create proposals, quotations, and support documents as per client requirements.
-
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Meet monthly/quarterly targets related to lead generation and sales conversions.
2. Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Design and schedule social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools.

Run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram promotions to drive traffic and conversions.

Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and user experience.

Handle email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc., for newsletters and lead nurturing.
3. Content and Branding Support:

Coordinate with content writers or create engaging blog posts, website updates, and marketing materials.

Assist in designing brochures, flyers, and ad creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.

Work on branding consistency across all digital platforms and client communications.

Support webinars, online events, or campaigns related to brand promotion or lead generation.
4. CRM and Reporting:

Maintain records of interactions, lead status, and client feedback using CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Excel.

Prepare weekly reports showing lead progress, digital campaign performance, and upcoming action plans.

Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
