Job Title: Business Development and Sales Executive

Dadar East,
Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
We are looking for a Business Development and Sales Executive to help us grow our business and manage sales activities.
Your Responsibilities:
Contact other companies to build partnerships.
Send emails and follow up for collaboration opportunities.
Hire and train new sales team members.
Guide and support the sales team to achieve targets.
Understand customer needs and suggest ways to grow the business.
Find new opportunities to sell our services.
Sell products via phone, email, and online platforms.
Respond to customer questions and help close sales.
Communicate clearly with clients and solve their problems.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Track sales performance and suggest improvements.
Work with the marketing and management team to meet company goals.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream)
Skills:
Good spoken and written communication
Leadership and training abilities
Ability to understand customer needs and make sales
