Job description
Primary Responsibilities:-
- Acquisition of potential new customers/clients
- Deliver outstanding customer service in terms of pre-sales and post-service
- Work with passion as a part of the team while maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Post-sales services, i.e. onboarding support, customer feedback, payment follow-up, and payment collection
- Weekly reporting to the manager on business planning and development
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales and marketing of Company’s products and services
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets.
