Description: You will start your journey at BYJU’S as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which BYJU’S-The Learning App help students learn better. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across the country about one of the world’s most loved learning apps and how it will help students learn not just for exams, but way beyond.

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU’s unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the BYJU’s personalized learning journey. You will be working 5 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays being week-off. This hybrid model of sales will give you an exposure to the best of inside-sales and direct-sales. Job Role - Business Development Associate

• Sector: Sales
• Working Days: 5 days work week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working)
• Probation Period: 2 months
• CTC during probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 3 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2 LPA as Incentive Pay)
• CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 8 LPA (INR 5 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 3 LPA as Incentive Pay)

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (2021 graduates and post-graduates are not eligible)
• Strong proficiency in Spoken English
• Flexible to relocate
• Comfortable with long working hours
• Able to handle stress and pressure
• Looking for long term career in Sales

Note for candidates confirmed as BDA-Direct Sales: In the unlikely scenario where the Direct Sales Model does not resume in their role location at the end of the Training Program, the candidate will be offered the BDA-Inside Sales (at 8 LPA) role in Bengaluru. They will relocate to their role location as BDA-Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) as soon as the Direct Sales model begins at their role location

Training & Probation: All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of INR 25,000. Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) The first 2 weeks of this training will be classroom training followed by 6 weeks of 'On-the-Job Training', both at the BDT Training Location. There will be additional performance incentives which will be applicable during the training period. Currently till our offices re-open, the training will happen in the Work from Home mode. Once our offices are open, the training will shift to the BDT Training Location. Upon successful completion of training based on clearing the company's expected parameters, they will be confirmed as BDA - Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) or BDA - Inside Sales (at 8 LPA). Also, only after confirmation to the BDA role, they will start work at their 'Role Location'.
