The job description of a BDA {Business Development Associate}
This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance an environment that emphasizes spreading the BYJU’s unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU's unique way of learning and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones.
Must-have requirements:
1. Should be a
graduate (any graduate is okay).
2. Should be passionate about sales.
Note- You will go
through an 8 weeks Business Development training program, based on successful the completion you will be promoted to become a full-fledge Business Development
Associate-
Business Development Trainee - INR 5,00,000 CTC
(3 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable) - 8 weeks program
Business Development Associate - INR 10,00,000 CTC (7 lpa fixed + 3 lpa
variable)
Even if you have 4+ years of experience you will have to go through the
training period with 23k as your fixed salary for the first two months. So if
you're not willing don't apply.
