We are hiring for an EdTEch Company who is looking for BDA/Sr. BDA [Business Development Associates - FRESHERS! (ANY GRADUATE)
Candidate 'must haves':
1. Local language fluency - Tamil OR Kannada
2. Any graduate degree
3. Possess a bike, laptop, smart phone, good internet connection
Compensation & other benefits:
1. CTC - 2.5 LPA Fixed
2. Variable- Incentives, travel expenses & other perks
6 days a week Working, Tuesday holiday!
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join in a week only should apply!
Responsibilities :
* Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
* Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
* Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
* Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy
Subscription as solution
* Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
* Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
