  • GrowSeven is looking for an Inside Sales / Business Development person who will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase interest and qualify leads for the Sales team. 
  • The candidate will have a keen understanding of GrowSeven product offerings.
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Identify prospective clients and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications.
  • Qualify, allocate sales leads and initiate face-to-face appointments with Sales team
  • Find unique ways to attract the attention of different verticle clients
  • Sync up with Sales Manager post meeting to determine meeting output and follow up appropriately to close the loop
  • Communicate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis via phone and emails in accordance with the strategic plan and goal as developed by the Sales Head.
  • Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Sales Head.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. 
  • Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives
