Job Description
Redwood Associates is an emerging analytics company in the field of digital analytics consulting and analytics education. We are looking for an Asst Mgr - Sales for our Analytics Education Division
The candidate will be:
- Highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
- Be very well read to understand global business trends and how careers will get shaped accordingly.
- Should be able to connect with working professional and offer them guidance on how they can accelerate their career growth through analytics
- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Specific details of the job is outlined below:
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Redwood’s solutions and identify prospective clients within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct a need analysis and determine prospects as to how Redwood’s solutions will speak to those needs.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Required experience and knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience/ or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
