Job description:

·         BD officer/ Executive will have handle right from market research for lead generation to the order closures and payment collection.

·         The focus market is MSMEs, Large industries &corporates, commercial buildings, shopping complex, private residences and apartment through architects, interior designer and builders

·         The candidate is responsible in appointing the channel partners and billing through the channel partners in line with sales targets assigned with the territory

·         Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

·         Actively participate in brand campaigns, events and meeting with the appointed channel partners and manage it.

·         Majorly focusing on brand positioning in the market.

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Job Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in making presentations in power point or keynote.
• Thorough understanding of sales and marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
• MBA with technical background in a plus point.   
  
• Must have a two wheeler.
