Job Description
The ideal candidate is a fresher, creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities are to:
- Achieving specified sales targets.
- Lead generation
- Lead qualification
- Improving & implementing new digital marketing strategies
- Handling & on-boarding clients/instructors.
- Providing basic technical guidance to instructors
- Converting trial/free customers into paid ones.
- Upselling services/products to reliable customers
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Consulting users & suggesting them plans/products
- Following up with clients for testimonials & feedbacks
- Engaging in marketing activities
Financial Offer - Salary and Benefits:
A) For a provisional period, which will vary between 2 to 4 months, your Cost To Company(CTC) will be of 3LPA(1.8 LPA fixed + 1.2 LPA variable).
B) After the provisional period ends, your CTC will be between 5-7 LPA (4 LPA fixed)
C)There will be incentives of 7% after you will complete your sales target.
Further information about the work::
A) reporting: you will report to your manager.
B) work hours: your working hours will start from 9 AM till 6 PM
C) vacations: your vacation will be of 2 days per week (in case of any emergency you may be asked to work on your vacations also)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
