We're a luxury real estate agency. We promote our properties online (digital marketing). Client after looking at the property online may want to see the property. We have to speak to the client, understand their requirement and schedule a suitable time to visit the property.

We have to be there at the time of property visit which is why the bike is mandatory. When we get new properties we have to meet the owner and get all the information and also take property images for marketing.
