Job Profile:
Designation - Business Development Associate(Sales Officer)
Business Development Associates are ON ROLLS of Karur Vysya Bank
This is a Sales Job and not Branch Operations Job. Requires fieldwork.
Will be required to Generate Business for the designated branch in the assigned geography.
Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank products - saving & current account through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure quality new acquisition on CASA for Resident/Non-Resident accounts, Demat, HSL, Credit cards through Referrals from cold calls in the catchment area.
2. Penetration of FD to existing and new customers.
3. Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
4. Meet productivity norms defined through the support of channels and own efforts.
5. Lead generation of customers and closure by telecalling, e-mailing and direct mailing, and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.
6. Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow-ups.

Eligibility
Age: 21-28 years
Educational Qualification: Graduates through regular-stream in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks alone may apply.
Age: less than 28 Years
Other Terms: Both Freshers and Experienced Candidate can apply.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: 18,000/- + monthly performance incentives and other benefits + Travel conveyances.
