Responsibilities:
- Handle customer dispatches of products
- Define SOPs for operations for technical issues
- Execute SOP for handling the same
- Other office operations
- Acquire new customers - both B2B and B2C for existing product line
- Form affiliate partnerships with other companies for expanded product line
- Generating leads for B2C through various online platform.
- managing the sales pipeline and complete the targets within time limits.
