Job Brief
We are looking for a Business Development Associate for a US Based Company.

This role will be responsible for procuring customers.

The ideal candidate should be sales-minded, confident at building relationships, and growing a portfolio of customers and carriers, on top of an already existing portfolio of customers. Job profile consists of both sales and operations aspects, a candidate who is comfortable with both will be preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

Managing vendor relationships.
Making initial calls to survey the freight market trends.
Generating sales leads.
Upselling and retaining clients.
Preparing Invoices and submission paperwork with clients and the accounting team.

Qualification and Skillset

Should have good oral and written English communication skills and should be able to perform basic math calculations.
Basic Computer knowledge for emails excels in spreadsheets and transportation management systems.
Prompt and disciplined.
Willing to work in the USA Blended process and US timings. (Calling+ Emails)
Good negotiation skills.
Responsible to deliver high-quality and produce results that meet the identified targets.
Ability to handle a tough situation with the customer.
Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
Maintains composure and patience with customers.
Correctly follow and implement different quality standards/definition documents
